Benny performed “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor live on stage during a student drum concert in Grantsville, Utah in front of friends and family. Originally released in 1982, “Eye of the Tiger” became a worldwide hit after being featured in Rocky III starring Sylvester Stallone. Stallone personally requested the song after hearing Survivor’s music, wanting an anthem that captured the determination and intensity of the Rocky character. The song went on to top charts around the world and remains one of the most recognizable motivational rock songs of all time.
